Notice of Order as to Obstruction under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the District Council of Uttlesford has made an Order under Section 21 of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847, the effect of which will be to close to vehicular traffic those roads or parts of roads described in the Schedule below for the safety and convenience of people attending the Saffron Walden Initiative Dance in the Square on 28 August 2010 at the times stated as the roads are liable to be thronged and obstructed.
